Description
This course covers minor injuries and common illnesses.
It is designed to give staff who supervise children (such as teaching assistants, lunchtime supervisors, youth group/sports club/play centre staff etc.) a basic First Aid knowledge, allowing the child to return to their activity or be cared for until a qualified First Aider arrives.

Learner Requirements
Learners need a basic command of English (defined as Level 2). While we are often able to provide support to people who do not have English as a first language, our ability to do so is limited by the time available and the number of people who require assistance.
